Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how PepeShib (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, dashboard, PepeShibDex, PSUSD bridge, RWA explorer and related tools (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Non-custodial design
Our Services are non-custodial. We do not ask for, store, or have access to your wallet seed phrase or private keys. You approve transactions directly in your wallet.
2. Information we may process
- Wallet addresses you connect or submit in forms (for example swap, bridge or redeem flows).
- On-chain data that is already public on blockchains (transactions, token balances, contract interactions).
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps and error logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Local browser storage (for example preferences, session state, or legal notice acknowledgement).
- Third-party routing data when you request quotes or execution through integrated providers (for example Li.Fi, RPC nodes, price or market APIs).
3. How we use information
- Provide routing, quotes, wallet connection and transaction preparation.
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse and debug failures.
- Improve usability and security of the Services.
4. Third parties
When you connect a wallet, request a quote, or use WalletConnect, data may be processed by third parties under their own policies, including wallet extensions, RPC providers, aggregators, analytics or hosting providers. We do not control those services.
5. Cookies and local storage
We may use browser local storage for functional purposes (for example remembering UI state or that you acknowledged our legal notice). We do not use invasive tracking cookies for advertising.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and legal compliance, then deleted or aggregated.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time, clear site data in your browser, or stop using the Services. Because blockchain transactions are public, on-chain activity cannot be deleted by us.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
