Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the PepeShib website, dashboard, PepeShibDex, PSUSD bridge, RWA explorer and related tools (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with laws applicable to you, including sanctions, export controls and local financial regulations.
2. Non-custodial interface
The Services provide a user interface to interact with public blockchains and third-party protocols. We do not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf without wallet approval, or guarantee execution outcomes.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks before connecting a wallet or submitting a transaction.
4. Wallet responsibility
You are responsible for securing your wallet, verifying addresses, networks, token contracts, amounts, slippage settings and transaction details before signing. Approved transactions are generally irreversible.
5. Third-party services
Quotes, routing, bridges, RPC endpoints, market data and WalletConnect may be provided by third parties. Their availability, pricing and terms are not controlled by PepeShib. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with infrastructure, engaging in fraud or market manipulation, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
PepeShib branding, site content and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute materials except as permitted by law or with our permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of quotes, uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepeShib and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services, smart contracts, third-party protocols or wallet software.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepeShib from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law chosen by PepeShib for its operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts or forums specified by applicable mandatory law, unless otherwise required by consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
